home cooked bolognaise!

So, its a hot sunny afternoon and after spending the last few days eating chicken and salad (enjoyable as it is in this heat) the cost was slowly starting to add up and the added fact i didnt fancy driving to the supermarket for my mum to buy yet more salad ingredients. We raided the cupboards for a simple tea (however i have to admit i didn't overally fancy this to start with) we came to the conclusion to have bolognaise. Being left to my own devices in the kitchen this is the recipe i used. It was a filling and satisfying tea.

Simple and filling;

2 x large onions
2 packets of lean mince
2 x large mushrooms
2 x cloves of garlic
1 x green pepper
(salt, pepper, garlic salt & oregano)
1 x packet of passata.

Chop the onions, mushrooms and pepper and place in a large frying pan along with the two packets of mince.
Fry till the mince is cooked & then drain the fat from the pan.
Add the passata and the chopped garlic along with the salt, pepper, garlic salt,& oregano (to taste)
